WINTER THROWING PROGRAM REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!!! BEGINS DECEMBER 2!

Winter Throwing Program registration is live!  

We are offering groups on Monday and Thursday evenings from 6-7:30pm and from 7:30-9pm.  These will include a full arm evaluation from our certified PT 3 times during the 15 weeks, a year membership to armcare.com, Rapsodo data and pitch design, and instruction from former college and professional coach of over 25 year!  Click below or see menu above to sign up!  Payments option available!  Spots are limited!
