What's Happening!
Hybrid and Remote Throwing/ARMcare/Strength/Mobility Programs COMING SOON!
Launching September 8!
We will soon be introducing our NEW complete programs to build throwers! This program will include strength and conditioning, mobility, agility, armcare, throwing drills and plans, and video analysis and motion capture analysis. This program can be done in phases (In-season, Ramp-up, off-season) or can be a year-long program. The Off-Season program can be our in person throwing program or can be done hybrid/remote. Our Strength, agility, mobility and recovery sections will be under the direction our Physical Therapist, Andrew Wolfe!
Basic Program-$99/mo ALL AGES
1. $99 Assessment (throwing mechanics, mobility, strength)
2. Basic Drill work, basic mobility exercises, basic strength exercises, basic arm care
3. 2-in person small group session per month to do drills and exercises with coaches
4. *if remote 2 video reviews per month for progression
Gold Program-$250/mo HS Age
1. $99 Assessment (Throwing mechanics video assessment, mobility and strength)
2. Throwing mechanics video assessment, personalized drill work, personal strength, mobility and arm care. Will reassess every 4-6 weeks and change drills and exercises accordingly.
3. Weekly small group sessions to do drill work, strength, mobility and arm care with coaches
4. Boom Software Membership to track progress and get workouts
5. *IF remote, weekly video assessments
Elite Program-$450/mo HS Age
1. $150 Assessment/setup (Uplift MoCap, mobility and strength assessment, injury prevention assessment)
2. Personalized drills, personalized mobility and strength, mobility, arm care. ArmCare.com membership, Rapsodo assessments and pitch design.
3. Weekly Small Group workouts (Dec-March will be HS Throwing program)
4. Facility membership to throw or use gym during member hours
5. Boom Software membership to track progress and receive workouts
6. Winter throwing program included
Winter Velocity Build strength program included
Lessons will transition to evening hours beginning Sept.
Monthly Unlimited Memberships are back! $110/Mo
April-Dec Monthly Memberships are available for personal facility use!
Remote access to train with your athlete during off-peak facility hours! Usually after 8pm on weekdays until school is out, and Sundays in April and Saturdays and Sundays May-Sept! We supply the ball and the machines and you can get to work! ADULT MUST BE PRESENT AT ALL TIMES!

UPLIFT MOTION CAPTURE -Schedule with Instructor
We are adding in a whole new dimension for BEAST Baseball Athletes. This software allows us to capture motion and create data for us to analyze the pitching motion, hitting motion and several strength and agility movements. We can identify where these movements can be improved and put together a plan to make these movements more efficient, leading to a better path to success on the field!
