Individual Pitching lessons will be available with Beast Staff.  All individual bullpens thrown to targets (unless you bring your own catcher), Catchers will not be provided. RAPSODO evaluation available at an additional cost

15 weeks Beginning Dec 3 and Running through March 11 on Monday and Thursday Nights. Also added a Sunday/Wednesday group for two-sport athletes from 7:30-9pm!

Three M/TH Groups: 4:30-6pm,  6-7:30pm and 7:30-9pm

One Sun/Wed Group 7:30-9pm

----One-day participants can come either day as it fits their schedule.  This option is available at checkout, select the one-day option). THIS IS AN INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAM!  Your drill work will be just that....YOURS!  Based on your evaluation, you will be given an individual set of drills to enhance your movement patterns to become a more elite thrower!  There will be information provided to do at home between sessions to help enhance what we do at the facility. 

Velocity is evaluated roughly every 3 weeks.  When protocols are to have bullpens, these will be evaluated by instructors using RAPSODO.  Instructors will sit with the player and evaluate data and how it can be used to make them more efficient.  Pitchers will also receive command training with their drills and bullpens.  Pitchers will also receive pitch design using RAPSODO as part of their program.  Positions players will be evaluated on positional throw velocities as well as pulldown velocities to track their improvement.  Through this program, it is very common to see 1mph of gain in throwing velocity per month over the course of a year.  Throw hard and Throw Healthy!! 

• Program will have 2 instructed sessions per week for throwers.  Drill work will be assigned for 4 other days.
